Liposomal Vitamin C is a vegetarian product that provides 3 forms of vitamin C. Dosage: As a dietary supplement, take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) once or twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. For milder taste can be mixed in 4-8 oz of water or juice. Shake well before each use.
